We strive to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and experience.

Credits and Refunds

Purchases convert to credits that can be used in the app. We generally do not refund credits back to money. Exceptions are made in the case of a billing problem (for example: duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or a verified technical issue preventing use of credits after purchase).

How to Request

If you believe there was a problem with your purchase, please contact support within 14 days of the transaction with your order details. We will review your request and respond promptly.
